Bridger Photonics Launches First-Ever Snow-Compatible Methane Detection, Enabling Year-Round Emissions Intelligence

Bozeman, MT – OCTOBER 28, 2025 – Bridger Photonics Inc., (Bridger), the global leader in methane emissions data, has unveiled GML for Snow — the first solution proven to detect methane emissions accurately in snowy and cold conditions, eliminating one of the oil and gas industry’s last remaining blind spots.

After testing the enhanced laser over more than 1,000 facilities during the 2024–2025 winter season, Bridger validated that GML for Snow meets its best-in-class performance standards, confirming reliable methane detection in conditions where other technologies fail. With this launch, Bridger becomes the only provider delivering reliable methane emissions data year-round, enabling operators to detect, report, and act on emissions across all seasons.

Built on Bridger’s continually advancing laser technology, GML for Snow maintains performance where solar-dependent solutions fall short.
