Nolan has spent nearly three years working directly with Bridger's operators, moving from Accounts Manager into Solutions Consultant as the program grew. In that time, he's worked hands-on with a wide range of clients navigating frequency, compliance, and program design decisions, giving him a front-row seat to what separates a program that runs on autopilot from one that actually delivers.
Before joining Bridger, Shea spent five years at Esri leading imagery capabilities for ArcGIS Online, and before that, six years at Maxar building product for energy customers integrating aerial and satellite data into their workflows. He's spent his career at the intersection of geospatial data and real-world operations, and now helps Bridger's clients unlock more value from their data than they knew was there.
