There are many enjoyable things about working at Bridger Photonics, but the thing I enjoy the most is the workplace environment! Bridger has done a wonderful job creating a welcoming and friendly environment in the office. I have worked at Bridger Photonics for over a year now and I have only met amazing, kind people. There is never a bad day. Even when the work gets tough, the people around me always manage to make me laugh and relieve any stress. Bridger Photonics is also great at being inclusive and making their employees feel appreciated. I especially feel appreciated and empowered every day by my supervisor Elizabeth Rehbein! She inspires me to take on tough roles and do things out of my comfort zone in order to keep growing personally and professionally. One day, I hope to lead a team and be a supportive mentor for others as she is for me. I wake up every day excited to go to work and make a difference and that is all thanks to Bridger Photonics. I am extremely excited and impressed to be working for a company whose technology is constantly improving and helping the environment. - Kaitlyn Raper, Flight Planning Analyst
